About me

My interest in sugar flowers started back in 2018. After qualifiying as a management accountant, I decided to enrole in a general sugarcraft course at my local college to do something creative in my spare time

Although I had baked from a young age, I soon discovered that sugarcraft and more specifically sugar flowers were great fun and something I was actually good at!

Since then, I have continually improved my skills, taking classes with many of worlds best sugar flower artists and recently became a trainee demonstrator for the British Sugarcraft Guild

I have entered many competitions, including Cake International, Salone Culinaire, Squires Kitchen and those held by the British Sugarcraft Guild, where I won Gold, Best Floral Exhibit and Best in Show
